The Lifecycle of Our Products

1. Harvesting Sugarcane

Fresh sugarcane is collected directly from farms - the beginning of every eco-friendly product.

2. Processing at Sugarcane Mills

Cane is crushed at mills to extract juice, leaving behind nutrient-rich fibrous residue.

3. Bagasse Collection & Refining

The leftover fiber (bagasse) is dried, purified, and refined to prepare it for molding.

4. Molding Eco-Friendly Tableware

The refined bagasse is shaped into plates, bowls, clamshells, and cups using heat-press mold technology.

5. Composting After Use

Used products naturally decompose into healthy compost — no toxins, no waste.

6. Returning to Nature

The compost enriches the soil, completing the natural cycle and helping new crops grow.
